For universities
Real projects for every student, not just the lucky few.
Your students join real audits, QIPs and research at partner hospitals. You see what each one did, and the evidence goes with them into practice.
every student's contribution, in one place
Placing students
Partner hospitals post the work. Students apply.
Most student projects depend on who you know. The projects exist, the students exist, and they rarely find each other in time.
Now
- A list of supervisors' emails in a shared drive.
- Students ask the same three consultants.
- A placement ends. The project's half done.
- Nobody can say what the student actually did.
With Prep Medics
- Agree a partnership once. Both sides approve it, and nothing else at the hospital opens up.
- Students see open projects at partner hospitals beside their own, with the role and time each one needs.
- Leads choose who joins. Students work in the project like any other member, and leave with the credit.
Evidence that lasts
A portfolio that follows them into practice.
Every project a student joins is kept in their portfolio, with their role, the dates, what it achieved and any showcase or poster. It's theirs, through foundation training and beyond, and you can see the entries from partner projects.
they'll bring this to interviews
Teach with it
Turn last year's projects into this year's teaching.
Finished projects become short interactive showcases, with the real charts and a few questions. Students who pass get a certificate anyone can check, so the learning from one project reaches the whole year group.
Seats that make sense
Students count against your own university's plan, not the hospital's. Joining a partner's project doesn't add to their bill.
Nothing more than they need
A student at a partner sees the project they joined, and nothing else of the hospital.
Patient details kept out
NHS numbers are blocked as people type, so students can't save them by mistake.
Give every student a project that counts.
